The Company and Commercial Law Department is headed by Mr. Antony Ussher, who also attends to Employment Law matters.

We are able to provide our customers with free initial advise and determine the most appropriate course of action and begin procedures if necessary.

Commercial Debt: Besides providing you with advise and initiating court proceedings, we are also able to negotiate on your behalf with your creditor and pursuit your debtor, and if appropriate, we are also able to enforce statutory demands.
